Cannot load data for the added instrument (stock)

Hi,

I have the following issue with NT 8 (8.0.9.0 64-bit).
After adding an instrument (Toronto Dominion Bank , Kinetick symbol C.TD) I can not load any historical data for it. I tried adding it to the chart. It is added but no data was displayed and no error was logged. I tried load historical data via Tools->Historical Data->Load - same result.
I tried another instrument (C.ATD.B ALIMENTATION COUCHE-TARD) - same result. I have never experienced anything like this in NT7.
I attached the screenshot for the added instrument (TD bank).
Please help.

So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170924.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
