Charts not updating over Continuum

Hi

My charts are not updating. When I click "reload all historical data" it updates up to the last minute. There is nothing funny in the logs. The connection seems to be fine because the green dot is displayed at the bottom left of the panel.

I am charting the ES 12-17 and 6E 12-17

It all worked up to about two weeks ago. I then tried to draw some point and figure charts and then the updating stopped - but that of course may just be a coincidence.

From the information you've provided, I suspect that your connection is not enabled for real-time data for the instruments you're viewing.

Please confirm with your broker that your connection is enabled for real-time data for the instruments you're viewing.

What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.0)

Does any live data appear in a SuperDOM window?

I will confirm with my broker - Dorman Trading

I am using version 8.0.9.0 - updated it this morning. No data appears in the SuperDOM
