Position Limit is 0

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with my orders. I'm trying to put a buy limit but this message,

Position Limit for the contract,....., is 0, worst case position is 1 affected Order.

What does this mean? I know that I have enough funds, so I'm not sure why I'm getting this message.

Hello Yu,

Can you please contact your broker regarding this order rejection. The error indicates there is a limit set on trading the instrument in question. The zero represents the maximum number of contracts you can trade and the 1 is how many contracts you tried to trade.
