NT locking up?

My platform locks up multiple times a day when there is a sudden large move in price action/volume. It is happening multiple times a day and often takes me rebooting my computer to get the platform back up and working correctly.

Has anyone else had this problem? It has been a problem since I began using NT several months ago. My trading is getting more serious so these occurrences are causing issues with trade entries and managing trades that are active.

I am currently using NT7 64 bit. Typically only NT is open on the computer I use and it is using a wired network connection - not wireless.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
