Ninjatrader 8 keeps crashing - FVAZ7

Ive recently installed Ninjatrader 8 and it keeps crashing randomly after only a few minutes.

In the log files I get the following message:
Failed to resolve instrument for market data: FVAZ7 is not enabled for real-time quotes and trading.

Could this be the cause of the crashes .. and how do I resolve this error.

Hello steve257,

I do not see the error message related. It informs realtime is not enabled for the Z 12-17 and should not cause NinjaTrader to crash.

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Please go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support. Make sure 'Log and trace files' is enabled and put 'Att Jason, http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...d.php?p=519354' in Subject field.
