bars not visible

Opening new chart with renko bars and its populated only partially . But before was working OK . NT reinstall did not change any thing . Is it a data feed ? I have Rithmic. ?????And I alway have this problem if I want to Replay renko chart .

Thank you for writing to the support team.

First, try to reload the historical data. (Right click chart>'reload all historical data')

If that does not resolve the chart, please take the steps below to reset your database.

Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
Navigate to Documents--> NinjaTrader 7.
Rename the folder named 'db'. to 'dbOLD'
Then restart NinjaTrader and a fresh database folder will generate.
