    Clarification on trade

    Hi,
    I would like to submit logs/trace files for an order I had problems with, to find out what exactly happened, but not sure how to create/access the logs/trace files to send them.

    Hello muto77,

    Can you please go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support. Enter your email address and make sure 'Log and trace files' is enabled. Click Send.

    Let me know if this will not work for you.
