Strategy application

Is it not possible to apply a strategy to only one instrument ?
I am loading a strategy into one instrument especially for that instrument and then want to add a different strategy for another?

Yes, you can apply a strategy to a single instrument.

You can run multiple strategies on multiple instruments.

I suspect by instrument you may be meaning chart or time frame? If you run a strategy on a 15 minute ES 09-17 chart and a strategy on a 6 renko ES 09-17 chart, both strategies are running on the same instrument (ES 09-17) and will work on the same account position, so for example if one strategy goes long and the other strategy enters short, the short will close the long position and the account position will be flat, meanwhile the strategies will maintain their virtual long and short positions and continue live trading.

To run multiple strategies on the same instrument without impacting the account position, each strategy would need its own account.
