energies charts not updating

Hello Support.
Quick question about energies for this holiday trading session.

DOM for CL 10-17, HO 10-17, NG 10-17 are active but the charts for these tickers are frozen at the 09-01 close candle.

Cleared my db/cache folder and reopened the charts but they are not updating despite data (active market) visible in the DOM for those energies tickers listed above.

Any info is appreciated.

Thank you for contacting our support team. We have currently found a known item within the session template for the holiday trading hours. You may resolve this item in two ways:

You can correct the Trading Hours template on your end.

Click Tools -> Trading Hours
Select Nymex Metals - Energy ETH
On the right in the Holidays section find and select 09/04/2017 Early Close Labor Day
Click edit below
Change the End date from 09/03/2017 to 09/04/2017
Click OK -> click OK
Then right-click the CL chart -> select Reload All Historical Data

You may also use the Default 24/7 trading hour template:

To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.

Right click in your chart and select Data Series.

In the Data Series menu, set the "Trading hours" property to 'Default 24/7', then click OK.
Labor Day is observed by the exchange on Monday, September 4th, 2017.

Trading hours for many products and exchanges will change for this holiday.
