Nymex Instrument settings

Logged in and connected expecting new data on my charts. My Dom was moving but the Charts were not updating. I went to data U.I. and saw it was set instrument settings so I changed to 24/7 and data came in. So something is wrong with these instrument settings.

Thank you for reporting the behavior.

The CL future has an early close scheduled at 1:00 PM Eastern (12:00 PM Central) on Sept 3rd, 2017 in the Trading Hours template.

I am finding there should be a halt at 1:00 PM Eastern (12:00 PM Central) on Sept 4th for Energy, Metals on the calendar of the CME website.

I've alerted our development to the issue.

You can correct the Trading Hours template on your end.

• Click Tools -> Trading Hours
• Select Nymex Metals - Energy ETH
• On the right in the Holidays section find and select 09/04/2017 Early Close Labor Day
• Click edit below
• Change the End date from 09/03/2017 to 09/04/2017
• Click OK -> click OK
• Then right-click the CL chart -> select Reload All Historical Data
