Historical Data
Is there a way I can find out if I am missing any historical minute data from the last 4 years for a certain instrument without combing through each contract of the last 48 months?

Hello nepenthean,
I am not aware of any existing tools that would notify there is data missing.
The overall dates of data can be viewed in the Historical Data window.
Below is a publicly available link to the help guide.
It may be possible to create a script that sets a start date and measures to see if there are any gaps between bars of more than a certain amount of time and run this for each instrument.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service
