Loss of focus on pop-up window freezes NinjaTrader v8

I have an issue that I've noticed this AM. I have a new indicator (paid for, fully registered) that I am trying to add via Tools > Import.

The expectation is that I will see the 3rd party pop-up warning....and I do....but when I try to navigate to it, only the Workspace window shows and it is frozen. I can't move the Workspace window or click on any menu option. I had to close NinjaTrader via the task manager.

I've attached two screenshots: one showing the "hover over taskbar view" and the second showing what I see when I navigate to the Workspace window.

This happened twice now this AM. Any ideas?

Glad to assist. To test, please repair the NinjaTrader installation (Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Right click on NinjaTrader 8 > Repair).

If you still see the same, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
