Alerts Log dividers

If I try to manually arrange the dividers so they are not taking up unused space and clipping off the message column, They auto arrange after adjusting the next column undoing what
I have set. How do I shut off the auto arrange for the column width ?

Glad to assist, unfortunately there is not a method to stop the columns from auto-sizing as others are adjusted.

Not so much a feature , more like stopping the annoying behavior.
