NinjaTrader 8 freezing

Hello Support,

I am actively using the latest NinjaTrader Version 8.0.8 during EST time zone between 9:30am to 2pm.

I experience very frequent NinjaTrader 8 freezing with no reason. I also monitor the Ninjatrader 8 memory utilisation and I discovered when Ninjatrader 8 Memory utilisation move beyond 2.4G it will automatically freezing.....

My computer has 32G memory with the latest CPU, Can I know why 2.4G memory can cause issue with Ninjatrader 8 ?

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations.

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->log

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->trace

Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...d.php?t=103434' in the subject header.
