Account 0.00 displayed.

I have connected NT8 to the IB Gateway from Interactive brokers.
When I am connected to my Real Account I do not see My Cash Value. It Displays 0.00

Do I have to Check/activate something to show this?

Do you see the cash value after you submit an order to your real account?

What Gateway version do you currently have installed? Please make sure you have version 960.2g. You can download and install it from the IB connection guide at the link below.

If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations.

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->log

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->trace

Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...d.php?t=103413' in the subject header.

I did not Order yet. I want to trade with an Automated strategy but first I want to check If everything is set correctly before I activate the strategy. Its now to the to the Sim account.
