Cannot load QO

If I open a new Chart with QO E-MINI GOLD FUTURES, 30 days range, I get an error in the log:

Failed to resolve instrument for market data: MQOQ7 is not enabled for real-time quotes and trading.

If I go to Tools > Historical Data > Load (tab) > Select QO, set a July 1st to Aug 22nd date range and click "Download", I get an error:

Error on requesting bars series: 'Unknown instrument 'QO 07-17''

I can download Aug 1st through 22nd, but not open a Chart at all.

Thank you for posting.

These errors would indicate the account connection in use may not be enabled for the requested data. However, it looks like the August contract is in use. Do you see the same when loading a chart for QO 12-17, the current contract?

In regards to the second error seen when downloading, this instrument would not trade a 07-17 contract so no data would be available for download.

This appears to be related to my other post. My firewall was blocking the updated contacts. I'm now seeing QO 12-17.
