Cannot add new instrument

I try to add a new instrument (see attached image). But cannot leave the dialog. MasterInstrument is not ok, but I only enter characters ...

If I try to add this symbol CON using a symbol list the following errorr occured...

Glad to assist. Testing on my end, I am seeing the same when attempting to save with the name "CON" - I will forward for our development team to look into further.

Regarding the symbol map, what has been entered there when the error is triggered?

I did not change symbol map. So it must have default values inside, after I clicked on "add instrument..."

To test, can you please try creating the instrument with a different name than "CON." Looking into this further, there are a handful of words that window does not allow you to use and you can see from the link below.

Let me know if you see the same using a different name in place of CON.

Other symbol works. CON is a german stock, so it should be created by NinjaTrader. I guess NinjaTrader reads the string and are able to manipulate it before creating the symbol in file system. This is a big bug in my opinion.
