Live orders not appearing on chartrader

Hi,

When I submit a live order via the superdom, the stop and profit target don't show up on chart trader.

However, when I submit a sim order, both appear on the charts.

Hello jasonw,

Thank you for your post. Chart Trader will display your live position once you select your live account from the Chart Trader Account drop-down menu. What is likely happening is you have placed an order with your live account selected in the SuperDOM, but you still have your Sim account selected in your Chart Trader window.
