what windows servers are supported by Ninjatrader. Microsoft publishes the windows update in its own timeframe and i have given up on trying to control when is installed on my computers all the steps i have attempted do not work anymore.

There is no officially supported version of Windows server for NinjaTrader 7 as they have not been tested internally, however, many users are running newer Windows server versions without issue.

can you move this to NT8 section and also let me know what server environments are supported for NT8?

NinjaTrader 8 officially supports Windows Server 2008 w/ Platform Update and Windows Server 2008 R2 or later
