TDA won't update intraday data after the close

Is anyone having problem updating intraday data for their stocks from TDA after the market has closed? It doesn't appears to be able to update the intraday data with NT8. I'm not having this problem with NT7.

I'm happy to check into this with you if you would please email us at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170810.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

Are you requesting new stock symbols? Anything in particular? I requested a SPY at 21:16 EST which I didn't have before, and it pulled in.

On 8/9, at 13:10 EST, ^TRIN stopped. I tried to reload - and nothing pulled in.

My ^VIX chart appeared fine though for 8/9 and 8/10.
