3rd Party Licensing, User Defined Id, inconsistent rules

Hello, I have a request.

It seems that when going through the 3rd Party licensing steps and entering a User Defined Id that includes a space, it allows it. For example, User Defined Id: First Last

However, when entering this new machine Id within the Vendor Licensing tool (with the space), it complains about it being invalid (rightfully so).

It would be nice if the 3rd party licensing steps would catch this invalid character before being sent to the vendor.
