Alt Tab Problem

Hi,

I use NT8 on Windows 10. As I use NT predominantly on my laptop, I can not place all windows on one screen. Therefore I use the whole screen for the chart window and would like to bring up another window (e.g. market analyzer) to the screen if required. I would like to use the Alt-Tab key to switch between windows.

But that does not work. If I click Alt Tab I get the overview with all open Windows - ok. If I click on a window it is not brought up to front. Now I realized that I have the problem only if the chart window is open (it is always on top of all other windows). If I close the chart window, I can switch between the remaining windows using Alt-Tab without problems.

Does anyone have a hint?

Thank you for posting.

So far I have not seen this same behavior on my end when testing. So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170731.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
