Agile.net poor customer service

I am a ninjatrader vendor and I have purchased a license to obfuscate my code through agile.net. Recently, I bought a new computer and requested for my license to be changed to work on the new computer. I have made 4 requests, all requests are ignored?

Owing to this poor service, can anyone recommend another obfuscator from a company that cares about their customers. I think ninjatrader should dump agile.net or at least offer better alternatives.
