Broken NinjaTrader....

Hi

I have just done a reset of the database via control panel and restarted NT8. However, I get the folllowing message(s) and cannot open NT8...

"an unhandled microsoft .NET Framework exception occurred in NinjaTrader.exe[504]"

the number in square brackets was originally[6912] but has changed on a new try at starting NT8.

I cannot see anyway to get around this without a complete re-install which is obviously very frustrating.

Can you or anyone throw any light on this issue?

Please write into to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
