Removing old contracts from pull down menu

My pull down instrument menu has become cluttered with expired contracts. So far the only possible way to remove these I have found is to is to edit the UI.XML file. Is there any more user friendly way?

Thanks for your post.

The top part of the list is a frequently or last used list where the newest used are on top and less used are on the bottom.

To remove an instrument from the top part of the list, move the mouse over the instrument to remove then click the delete button on your keyboard. Once you do that note that the list will bring up one that was previously hidden so be prepare for further deletions. Eventually, you will reach the bottom of the list or have you list populated as you wish.

Also, you can "Pin" instruments to always be at the top of the list by left clicking on the Pin symbol that shows to the right of the instrument. Once pinned it will always be there until you "unpin" by left clicking on the pin.
