RecentFolders on HistoryImport

Hi

Can someone detail on this entry found in UI xml? what is this long number for?

<HistoryImport>C:\Users\username\Documents\TEST\15 00817365511986984</HistoryImport>

</RecentFolders>

I am storing those files in a repo so i am wondering that might conflict with my scripts when I restore them.

Hello toliss,

It refers to historical data you imported and shows the folder from which you selected the .txt file.

Thanks for the reply, say I restore this file to an existing NT8 instance am I going to have issues with my future imports? The existing instance number is different

I do not think it will cause issues. I changed the file path that is in between <HistoryImport> manually in the UI.xml file and save it. Subsequently I started NinjaTrader and was able to import additional historical data without issue.
