IB symbol mapping for Tokyo Stock Exchange

I'm trying to load a stock chart in Tokyo stock exchange(9984, Softbank group corp) through IB TWS, but it failed with the following error.

Error on requesting bars series: "IB was unable to locate instrument. Please verify your symbol mapping is correct for instrument SOFTBANK Default"

What is the correct mapping for this instrument ? I tried several mapping like as follows but all cannot load any data.

9984
9984|SMART
9984|TSEJ

I've attached the instrument setting, so could you please review it ?

I also wanted to note that I selected two exchange, default and Tse (Tokyo Stock Exchange), and TWS is recieving realtime price data.

Can you please try enabling only the Default exchange with 9984|TSEJ as symbol map and check if this allows you to receive data.

One more question. Does NT8 support IB's stock CFD ? I want to submit an order of the same instrument(9984) from NT ChartTrader.

Unfortunately stock CFD's are not supported with Interactive Brokers in NinjaTrader 8.

Here is a modified quote from the 8.0.17.0 release notes:

"Although commodities are not supported, XAGUSD and XAUUSD can now be accessed as CFDs and will properly route to the commodity CFD in Traders Workstation."

So, in general, no - stock CFDs are still not supported and this is still be tracked as a feature request. I'll add your vote to SFT-319.

By way of update, certain CFDs show up in the Instruments List in NinjaTrader. But they are not available through Interactive Brokers - in particular I am looking at certain common commodity CDs, such as Copper or Oil (various). Am I missing something?
