    importing zipped indicator

The NT 8 help guide for "working with indicators" does not have a section on how to import a zipped indicator. Naturally, you couldn't leave the instructions the same as they were in NT 7. I've downloaded the file SMINT8.zip. How do I put it on my charts?

    Hello Tasuki,

    Thanks for your post.

    To Import:

    1) In the NinjaTrader control center go to Tools>Import>Ninjascript add-on...
    2) In the import explorer window, navigate to your zipped file
    3) Select the zipped file to import and click "open"
    4) If during the import process it asks if you want to replace indicators that begin with @, just select no to prevent overwriting your current system indicators with older system indicators.

Once the indicator has been successfully imported you can then add to the chart by right mouse click and select "indicators..", next on the top left locate the indicator and double left click to add.
