Problems with my data feed

Hello,

Just downloaded NT8 today.

Connected to Kinetick-EOD, and to NinjaContinuum. Both are green-lighted in the Connections box.

However, when I go to New-->Charts, I can only chart Futures. For instance, I tried charting:

MSFT
CSCO
6B 09/17

MSFT and CSCO are blank, but 6B 09/17 populates with the desired chart.

Same thing happens when I try to go basic entry: MSFT/CSCO are unpopulated.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello gfactor,

The Kinetick End of Day Free connection provides end of day data only (daily bars).

May I confirm you have opened a daily chart for MSFT?

I am showing a day chart with MSFT will load on my end while connected to Kinetick End of Day Free.
