Disable Properties for custom drawing

Hello, Is it possible to disable the 'Properties ...' menu item for the context menu of a custom drawingtool. So when i right click on the selected custom drawing i would either like the 'Properties ...' to be disabled or to be removed.

I have set to [Browsable(false)] most of the items in here that dont make sense for user to change and as expected they are not browseable and not there. I would now like the 'Properties ...' to not be there.

If this isnt possible - what do i need to handle when the OK button is pressed on this dialog? the APPLY is greyed out as there are no items to change. The cancel works fine - but when i press OK it triggers an object reference error. What is it expected me to handle in any event handler?

There is no means to disable the Properties option from appearing or being selected.
