Volume zones enhancements

Dear NinjaTrader,

Would it be possible to align the Volume zones to the intervals on the price axis?

Alternatively/Additionally, would it be possible to add a single parameter to the indicator enabling the user to display Volume zones per price increment?

Would you be able to provide more information on what you mean by intervals on the price axis? You could modify the Volume Zones indicator code preloaded with Ninja however you desire, but if you could provide more information how you want to modify I may be able to provide you resources for going about that.

I put together a sample indicator which will draw a Horizontal Line on the close of the bar, if the close rounded down is an even number. I added a bool variable which allows you to select a check box in the UI when applying the indicator, whether the line is drawn from an even number or odd number. This is to demonstrate how you could use a bool to have one behavior over another.

Using the chart attached to your last message as the example, my first suggestion would have 17 Volume zones displayed, starting at 241.00 and finishing at 244.40 (one zone per 0.20 price increment), i.e. mirroring the price axis. Ideally there would be a check-box in the indicator settings which would say something like "Match price intervals".

I know that I could set the bar count to 17 to achieve a similar result, however, this would not align the bars to regular price intervals which is what I am after (e.g. a new zone may start at 241.18 instead of 241.00).

Again, using your chart as the example, my second suggestion would allow me to specify a price interval in the indicator settings, similar to the current 'Bar count' setting. In that input field I could specify 0.20 for example (which would give me the same output as above), or for example 0.5, which would give me seven Volume zones.
