confusing code orderby

this.classname.OrderBy(o=>o.Time).ToList();

I can't figure what the o=>o.Time is

Is the class trying to organize the objects in timeStampOrder and what is ToList()?

it is almost an sql query but I am not sure what the function is trying to do.

Thanks I looked at the operator for the List but I was wondering o<=o.Time

I tried other letters from a to z k,l,m,n o ect did the same thing as o<=o.Time

where I am confused is where o was initialized. I can not find it anywhere in the whole code
