Fractal Indicator Bug found, plz help

Hi,

I believe the fractal indicator on the download area has a bug in it, and wondering how to fix it.

Basically you are looking for a middle bar and two lower bar values on each side without a higher value violating the fractal.

For a high Fractal, the indicator paints a fractal when the second bar opens lower than the potential fractal value, however if that second bar's high goes beyond the high, the fractal shouldnt be painted. So if you refresh the chart, it will not paint that fractal. So if you are running the chart live, potential fractals that are not fractals will be painted, to eliminate them you must refresh, so that's a bug.

I tried setting update Onbarclose, still no luck.

You can test this quickly by putting it on a 10 second chart on a forex pair (I use EUR.USD) and you will see it within a minute or two..

Could you tell me, do you also see this occurring in NT7 in the same situation? It is possible if this was a bug that it was copied from the original. It is also possible that in the conversion there may have been differences.

In any case, we would need to understand where this problem begins to better see what would need to happen. In the case that this also exists with the NT7 version, I could suggest contacting the original posted to work with them on a solution.

If this does not exist in the NT7 version, we could re-review the conversion to see what may have changed as we are only migrating the code from nt7 but not directly modifying user uploaded content to change it.
