Plotting as Candlesticks

I am generating data that I want to plot as candlesticks in an indicator.

I am looking through the docs for some idea of how to do this, but can't find it.

AddPlot(new Stroke(Brushes.Green), PlotStyle.Bar, "myPlot");

Is for historgram style plotting. There doesn't seem to be an equivalent for candlesticks.

Thank you for your post.

It would require custom plotting to have the plot to be a Candlestick. For an example on custom plotting you can look at the code for the HeikenAshi which you can find in Control Center>New>NinjaSript Editor and see under BarType, HeikenAshiBarType.

Thank you for your suggestion however our support desk does not build customer indicators/bar types on customer’s behalf.

A better example you could reference would be under ChartStyles>CandleStyle, and the block you would be interested in would be within OnRender. You could use this within your indicator to plot the style as Candlestick.
