NT8 DOM not displaying more levels

Hi,
I'm getting L2 equities data from Kinetick. As you can see I have multiple levels showing in the L2 but only one level is being displayed in the DOM. Can someone please help me to understand why?

Hello iq200, and thank you for your question. The SuperDOM is designed to show a simplified view regarding ask and bid prices and volumes. If you would like more detailed information available in-DOM, the NT8 SuperDOM, you can feed Ask and Bid series into any indicator, including indicators like the VolumeZones indicator. SuperDOM indicators are available by right-clicking the SuperDOM and selecting Indicators. You can also create a custom SuperDOM column (available by instead selecting Columns) which displays L2 information. Please let us know if there are any other ways we can help.
