          Hi Chelsea,

          Yes. In the post timestamped '03-23-2017, 02:59 PM', Jessica referenced an attached file --- but I don't see one. I also do not see a link to any files either.

            What is the post number of the post you are referring to? (As we don't know your time zone)

            Are you referring to the post in the attached screenshot?

            If you are not able to confirm it is post 12, may I have a link to the post?

            May I confirm that you have completed the forum registration by clicking the link in your email?

              Hi Chelsea,

              I believe I have determined the cause of the issue. When you asked about my user id, I checked my profile and I had created it on 07-29-2011. I don't visit the forums on a regular basis, but have made a post once in the past, and downloaded quite a few example indicators and strategies. I can still see attachments in older posts, but apparently am not able to see attachments (or screenshots, including yours) in newer posts.

              I created a new sign-in this evening and am now able to see (and download) the attachments that Jessica had written, along with your screenshot.

              I guess I'll have to retire jrm999!

                Hello jrm999,

                The issue is likely the registration was not completed. If you send in an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com our IT department can assist with resending the registration link so you can complete the registration process. Once completed you can download / view attachments.
