Drawing a HorizontalLine with a label value

Hi All,
Is there a way for me to programatically create a HorizontalLine drawing object with the price as a label?If I drawn multiple lines its difficult to see what the value is without referring to the scale. This is a nuisance if you have lots of HorizontalLines.

Thanks Paul. I'll take a look at this. I found a NT7 version which I was trying to convert but was having some difficulty as my NT8 skills are not yet upto par!!
