Add button error

When adding buttons to my ninjatrader chart I get the following: Error on calling 'OnStateChange' method: The calling thread cannot access this object because a different thread owns it.

I've tried :
this.Dispatcher.Invoke((Action)(() =>

and

ChartControl.Dispatcher.InvokeAsync((Action)(() =>

both throw errors. Sometimes it prevents the indicator from loading at all, other times it seems to load fine. What could be causing this? I'm just using the Button class

Thank you for the post.

Out of context I couldn't really say what specifically is the problem aside from there is some object being used which is trying to be used on the incorrect thread.

We have a sample of adding a button to a chart from an indicator at the following location. Perhaps you could compare and contrast differences between the sample and what you are currently doing to see what may be happening?
