DValueArea not working when using Renko

It seems that DValueArea8 is not working when using Renko and HeikenAshi together for some reason. See attached image.

I wanted to check, you said when you use this with Renko and HeikenAshi together, are you currently using a third party renko or HeikenAshi or is this a combination of the standard bar types?

I placed the indicator from the forum here: http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...d=7&linkid=837
on a chart of a renko and it worked, I also tested on a HeikenAshi and it worked there as well. Could you provide further detail on the setup you are currently using to see this not work?

Also, could you check if you are getting errors in the Log tab of the control center or in the NinjaScript output window?

Errors in DValuearea indicator

I am getting following error and indicator disappears from the chart.
Indicator 'DValuarea' error on calling 'OnRende'method on Bar 531: Index was outside the bounds of the array.


Can you please check. This is a great indicator but unable to use it as it is not stable.

Could you detail which DValuarea download you have used specifically and also provide details on the situation where you are seeing the error? DValuarea is not something that comes with the platform by default so likely we would need to refer back to the original source for corrections. If this is one of the conversions that the NinjaScript team has helped with, we could look further into those scripts as well.
