Compared to NT8 operating NT7 to replay trades now seems like a luxury. It wasn't until I compared them that I realized what a Step backwards the NT8 market Replay was. I find the following faults.
1) GoTo interface is not as simple to change times. NT7 and you can use the up down arrows on any time field (HH:MM:SS)
2) Excessive time between GoTo's because of NT8's windup. When I say excessive I mean excessive ( Minutes wasted waiting. )
3) If you need to use play consecutively for sounds for your indicators forget it. During the wind up it will Que all PlaySounds and Alerts which could go on for up to 5-10 minutes with no way to stop unless you want to shut down the platform. More wasted time waiting.
4) Alters Fixed scaling when Connecting to Playback.
5) The only good thing I can see is downloading the data is faster and easier.
I don't know what went wrong with this because you had something in NT7 that wasn't great but worked. In My opinion This is unusable for Manual Replay. It is just Ok for debug purposes although debugging takes longer than it should because of some of the above. For strategy replay I cannot comment.
