Is there any good indicator for finding the price difference between two points on a chart in ticks as I have been looking for one without success. I think the ruler can do that but unfortunately it does not display the price values of the anchor points (which are the 2 points whose price difference I want to know).
I was thinking of an indicator akin to a Fibonacci retracement but only with the 0% and 100% price levels and some text in between them showing what is the price difference between the two price levels. Sounds easy enough but I have no idea how to go about coding this. If there are no better suggestions or recommendations of indicators that can achieve my objective, can someone please help me in the coding of this "Fibonacci" price difference indicator?
