Unirenko reversal indicator

Hi,
Is there an indicator or alert that will play a sound, send an email etc when I get a reversal bar on the unirenko bar type? In the attached image you will see I have placed an X at every reversal bar. I would like an indicator that paints the x and alerts me to this event.

Anything like that available?
