How can I access StdDev() from my Custom Drawing Tool?

Hello funk101,

From my understanding, due to the nature of how drawing tools receive data, there is not a way to call an indicator from this type of script.

Instead, all logic would need to be added directly to the script.

Would you like to submit a feature request to our development to consider adding functionality to drawing tools that would allow indicators to be called in a future version of NinjaTrader?

Hmm, ok, well at least that's what I thought. Yes, it would be useful to expose the indicators in the drawing tools

I've received a tracking ID for your request. Your request to allow indicators to be called from drawing tools is being tracked with ID #SFT-1883.

It is up to the NinjaTrader Development to decide if and when a request will be implemented.
