I am using RenderTarget.DrawTextLayout to do some custom text for an indicator I made that uses a rectangle that I draw as the base of a risk level and entry level. It then creates text along that price level with information like, if it's my Stop line, and what the price is, how many ticks from entry and risk amount in $$ etc. I can line this up where my line is, or more commonly, line it up with the edge of the screen.
My issue occurs when price is also in that same spot, it becomes difficult to read the text. To combat this, I have tried to adjust the margin to allow the text to always be available, but this cuts off quite a bit of my chart. I would much rather be able to add a rectangle background to the text to allow for easy reading and match my charts background color, as the price action doesn't always get in the way.
Is there a way to do this? I haven't seen anything in DrawTextLayout regarding a background color as an overload.
