    Indicator of indicator performance?

I am not a programmer so please let me know if this should be done some other way. I have a lot of indicators that draw horizontal or vertical lines so I'm thinking of writing an indicator that takes start bar index, price level, color, opacity and end bar index to draw the horizontal or vertical rectangles. That indicator would take the data from other indicator that spits out those variables, basically reusing rendering and data structures. Is that a good approach performance wise or should I be doing something else if I want certain code to be reused between indicators?

    Hello MiCe1999,

Yes that is the general approach if you wanted to custom render something. When calling indicators in code they don't plot anything so you could retrieve the values you wanted from your master indicator and then draw/render how you want.
