If your primary data series is already using your desired trading hours template, then you can just use CurrentDayOHL to get the open price of the session.

If you are trying to get the open price of a different session, you could add a data series using AddDataSeries() and specify the trading hours template for the NY session.

AddDataSeries(string instrumentName, BarsPeriod barsPeriod, string tradingHoursName)

Then you can have a condition that checks for the BarsInProgress index of the added series and if IsFirstBarOfSession is true. Within that condition, grab the Open price.
