I have moved your post from the NinjaTrader 7 section of the forums to the NinjaTrader Desktop Indicator Development section of the forums.
NinjaTrader 7 does not have Order Flow and does not have the Volumetric bar type.

The code for max delta divided by min delta would be:

barsType.Volumes[CurrentBar].MaxSeenDelta) / barsType.Volumes[CurrentBar].MinSeenDelta)

The Maximum Positive Delta is barsType.Volumes[CurrentBar].GetMaximumPositiveDelta()).
The Maximum Negative Delta is barsType.Volumes[CurrentBar].GetMaximumNegativeDelta()).
The Cumulative Delta is barsType.Volumes[CurrentBar].CumulativeDelta).
