Specific Range Value

Hi,
I'm trying to find or code (very limited skills) a simple indicator that returns the value in points and percentage of a specific range.

For example:
1. I want to know the range of the opening of the Globex ES up to 7 am. I want that value in points and percentage so I can use that value to code it into my strategy.
2. The logic is: If the value of that range is more than 10, I want my setup to execute.

You can use Open[] to get historical open prices.

You can convert a price to points by dividing by Instrument.MasterInstrument.PointValue.

For example,

double points = Close[0] / Instrument.MasterInstrument.PointValue;
