Lets for instance say I have a Brush variable that is of type Brushes.Red. How can I find "Red"?

Unfortunately, there are not any NinjaScript methods that would get a brushes name.
This may or may not be possible using unsupported and undocumented code. There can be limitations using unsupported code and advanced C# concepts in a NinjaScript, so your mileage may vary. As of now, we do not have any examples that can be used to navigate that path.
