color bars based on value above or below zero.

Hi Folks,
How do i paint my graph bars based on whether value is above or below zero?

Basically this:

if (Value[0] > 0)
paint bars green


if (Value[0] < 0)
paint bars red

I found the example on the ninjtrader reference files before but I can't find it again.

Help would be appreciated. Thank you
